Our team of tightly-knit, smart, hard-working and driven employees take pride in providing quality work in all areas of our business. The employees of Innovative Procurement work in over 120,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. We believe in creating a positive workplace to empower every employee to ensure Innovative Procurement is the leader in the industry when it comes to servicing our clients.  This, along with our vision for success, allows us to continue to stay ahead on what is needed to serve our customers.

Meet our Management Team:

Jeremy Jamieson (Floor Leader)

Jeremy has been a member of Innovative Procurement since 2009. Prior to joining Innovative Procurement, Jeremy an avid outdoors-man, was a County Conservation Park Administrator in Iowa. Currently, Jeremy is responsible for managing warehouse shipping and receiving, including order fulfillment and product placement. He lives on an acreage near Eldon, Missouri, with his wife Bobbi and their daughter Aala.

Debra Fitzpatrick (Warehouse Manager)

Debra was the first employee hired at Innovative Procurement in 2007.  Since that time, she has been the Office Manager responsible for Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.  She transitioned to Warehouse Manager in August of 2016 and oversees all warehouse operations. Debra has over twenty years of experience in the retail industry, which includes serving as Store Manager at Kroger for ten years.  She lives in Eldon, Missouri, with her husband and two children.

Jill Phillips (Office Manager)

Jill has been a member of the Innovative Procurement team for 8 years, has worked with Randy Dickerson (President) for over 17 years; beginning at Jadico and Laker Fishing and Tackle, where she started as a receptionist. Since then, she has worked in many capacities of the business, to her current position as office manager. Jill is responsible for processing daily orders, inventory control, communicating with overseas vendors and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable. She lives in Camdenton, Missouri, with her husband, Gary, and son, Noah.

Sindy Lee (Sourcing Specialist)

Sindy Lee was the first employee hired at the Innovative Procurement, Xiamen office in 2010.  She is responsible for product sourcing, ISF filling, and factory coordination with all suppliers in Asia.  She manages a team of approximately 15 people to effectively source various products in the sporting goods industry.  She has over 10 years experience in the import and export business. She lives in Xiamen, China with her husband and two children.

Mike Patrick (Inventory Specialist)

Mike Patrick works predominantly with inventory controls. After getting a degree in Business Administration, Mike spent 13 years in retail management. From there, he moved into the sporting goods, import and wholesale trade industry, where he has been working for the last 17 years.  He started with Randy Dickerson about 17 years ago and is dedicated to customer service and inventory management for the company.  Mike lives in Camdenton, Missouri with his wife, Carol, and son, Hayden.

Eric Dickerson (Sales Manager)

Eric Dickerson has grown up in the outdoor and sporting goods industry.  With his father’s guidance, Eric started in the wholesale sporting goods business starting back when he went to Asia on his first sourcing trip in 2008.  A lot has changed since then, but the values and knowledge Eric learned early on are employed every day. Eric values the time spent with both the customers and suppliers, and excels at building and working these relationships. Today, Eric’s main role at Innovative Procurement is customer and vendor relations, focusing on brand management, product sourcing and manufacturing/development of all new and current projects.

Randy Dickerson (President)

Randy Dickerson grew up in the sporting goods industry with his father, Jack Dickerson, who started in the wholesale sporting goods business. During his high school years, Randy worked with his father in the business, gaining the experience and knowledge to succeed in the industry. After earning a BSBA in business and accounting at the University of Missouri, Randy worked at Price Waterhouse while earning his CPA. Randy is proud of the relationships he has formed over the years with the many customers and suppliers.  He continues to play an active role in our sourcing function, including the direct import capacity.
